Suitable for executives and senior managers working in Corporate, HR, Health and Well-Being across public sector, not-for-profit, tertiary, private sector, retail, hospitality and aviation who want to lead more purposefully and effectively and/or shift from their current position.
Particularly for staff who:

12 coaching sessions, email support, tools and tips to help meet their goals.
Overview:
The content of each session will depend on what the team member identifies as the most pressing challenge or opportunity in that moment, in relation to their goals, so that they can show up as a high-performing employee.
This approach allows the flexibility of bringing the most urgent and/or important challenges and aspirations to each session.
